Section 265(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Ordinarily fifteen days notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting.Provided that when the Chairperson calls a meeting for considering any matter which in his opinion is urgent, notice of not less than three days shall be deemed sufficient.
