Section 23 in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Act, 1960
23. Powers and duties of Registrar and other officers and servants of the Council.
(1)The Registrar 'and other officers and servants of the Council shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may, from time to time, be conferred or imposed on that under this Act or under any rules framed thereunder or under any general or special orders of the Council.(2)The Registrar may take part in the discussions before the Council or the Faculty, but shall not be entitled to vote.
