Section 11(2) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(2)Every application for. a temporary open air cinema licence shall be accompanied by-(i)full particulars regarding the ownership of, and all rights in the cinematograph to be used;(ii)a true copy of the "No objection certificate" under sub-rule (2) of Rule 4;(iii)a treasury receipt for the payment of fees for licence at the rate prescribed;(iv)a clearance certificate from the Superintendent of Taxes of the area concerned to the effect that no amount of tax due under the Assam Amendment and Betting Tax Act, 1939, has remained unpaid.
