(2)The power to discharge shall be exercised by the appointing authority and only in the event of unsatisfactory performance of the duties by the concerned person during probationary period. Such power shall, however, be exercised only in the cases where it has been established, beyond doubt that the employee, if given extension, shall not be in a position to give satisfactory account of service.Termination of Service
