Section 11(1) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(1)The Government shall have the power to make any reference to the Board with regard to any matter of policy or in respect of any act done by it in contravention of the provisions of the Act, the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
