Section 1 in East Kolkata Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Act, 2006
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the East Kolkata Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Act, 2006.(2)It shall be deemed to have come Into force on the 16th day of November, 2005.
