Section 28 in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
28. University Fund.
(1)The University shall establish a fund to be called the University Fund.(2)The following shall form part of, or be paid into, the University Fund:-(a)any contribution or grant by Government,(b)the income of the University from all sources, including income from fees and charges,(c)trusts, bequests, donations, endowments and other grants, if any, and(d)such other moneys as may be credited to the University Fund or may be prescribed by the Statutes.(3)The matters to which the University Fund shall be applied and appropriated shall be prescribed by the Statutes.(4)All expenses incurred under, and in pursuance of, any provision contained in this Act shall be met out of the University Fund.
