Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Municipal (Public Disclosure Law) Rules, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Municipal (Public Disclosure Law) Rules, 2012.(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)These rules shall apply to all Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats.
