Section 8(c) in The Revised Rules for the Award of Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship by the Government of Rajasthan to Rajasthani Students Studying in Sainik School, Chittorgarh
(c)A student who passes the annual examination in second attempt or at the supplementary or compartmental examination will not be eligible to the award of scholarship in the following year. Hard and deserving cases may however be considered by Government on the recommendations of the Principal.
