5. Pay and Allowances of the Chairperson.
(1)The Chairperson shall be entitled to such salary, allowances, leave, provident fund, house and other perquisites, as may be determined by the State Government from time to time. In case a retired Government servant is appointed as a Chairperson, his salary and allowances shall be fixed in accordance with the orders of the Government as applicable to such person.(2)No pension shall be attached to the office of the Chairperson or other members of the Board.
