Section 20(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1980
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act, or for any damage caused by any action taken in good faith in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
