Section 78(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)A Citizen of India shall have the right to apply for the duplicate copies or certified true copies of any document/ certificate/ letter issued by the University by remitting such fees and by applying in such it way fixed as per its Statutes and Ordinances or as fixed by the Chancellor.
