Affidavit of service filed in Court today be taken on record.

It appears that the issue sought to be raised in the instant writ petition is similar to the one raised in Bikash Tamang & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors. (WP 10510 (W) 2015) where an order was passed on 14th May, 2015. Apart from Bikash Tamang's matter, at least two other matters were moved before this Court subsequently, being WP 14406 (W) of 2015 (Tanmay Bandyopadhyay & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) and WP 14452 (W) of 2015 (Asit Saha & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). In those matters, the learned advocate for the State had submitted that similar direction, as passed in Bikash Tamang's matter, could be issued subject to the 2 condition that the petitioners should otherwise be eligible for the posts-in-question on the basis of the criteria applicable thereto in the usual course.

In such circumstances, as stated above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14th May, 2015, passed in WP 10510 (W) 2015 (Bikash Tamang & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
