Learned counsel is also directed to have clear instructions with respect to follow-up action taken by the Corporation in furtherance to the proforma obtained from the concerned contract employees referred in communication of dated 04.02.2017 'Annexure P-13' of CWP No. 823 of 2020.
He is also directed to have instructions with respect to the rt litigation and petitioner therein having been directed to be regularized on completion of one year contract service referred in above referred communication dated 04.02.2017.
