(1)The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorize an officer to grant visitor's permits to consume, use and buy foreign liquor to persons who visit the State for a period not more than a weak.(2)Such permits shall not be granted for a period exceeding one week; provided that the officer granting the permit may extend the period of such permits for the total period not exceeding one month.
