Section 10(1) in The M.P. Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975
(1)Recruitment to all posts under the Board shall be made ;-(a)by direct recruitment; or(b)by promotion; or(c)by re-employment of retired Government servants whenever found necessary.
