Section 57(3) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(3)Any electric light pendants or brackets in the auditorium and front of the house generally shall be at least 2.5 m. above the floor to the lowest projecting part of the fittings. No electrical fitting or apparatus of any description shall be so fixed or arranged as to interfere ai any time with the proper working of the safety curtain.
