(1)The chairman shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be conferred on him by this Act or as may be prescribed.(2)The Vice chairman shall exercise such of the powers and discharge such of the duties of the chairman, as may be prescribed or as may be delegated to him by the commission.
