Section 53(2)(a) in The Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960

(a)The Commission shall consist of seven members of whom three shall be officials and four non-officials to be nominated by the Government. They shall [unless the Commission is sooner reconstituted] [Inserted vide Orissa Act No. 44 of 1976.] hold office for a period of three years from the date of appointment.
