Section 15(b) in National Housing Bank (Officers') Service Regulations, 1997
(b)Dearness Allowance shall be payable as per the following rates :(i)0.35% of 'pay' up to Rs. 4800/- plus.(ii)0.29% of 'pay' above Rs. 4800/- to Rs. 7700/- plus.(iii)0.17% of 'pay' above Rs.7700/- to 8200/- plus.(iv)0.09% of 'pay' above Rs. 8200/-
