48. Affiliation of Colleges.
(1)The Colleges related to various disciplines of health sciences, located within the University area may, on satisfying such conditions as laid down by statutes or ordinances for the purposes of affiliation, be affiliated to the University.(2)The rights conferred on a College by affiliation may be withdrawn in whole or in part or may be modified, if the College has failed to comply with any of the provisions of statutes or ordinances governing the affiliation or if the affairs of the college are conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of education.
