Section 2(c) in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
(c)"Misconduct" - The following act will tantamount to misconduct under these rules:-(i)Commission of any offence under the I.P.C. involving moral turpitude:(ii)Membership of any organisation declared unlawful by the Government:(iii)Commission of any offence involving breach of peace and disturbance to law and order;
