Section 6(1) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Constitution Rules, 1999
(1)The Government, keeping in view the operational viability and in consultation with the District Collector, delineate, the command area by a notification in Form "K" under a major irrigation project into one or more project areas for the purpose of constituting a Project Committee or Committees.
