Section 69(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Where any application, petition, or other matter is required to be published under the Act or these Regulations or as per the directions of the Commission, it shall unless the Commission otherwise orders or Regulation otherwise provide, be advertised not less than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing.
