69. Publication of petition.
(1)Where any application, petition, or other matter is required to be published under the Act or these Regulations or as per the directions of the Commission, it shall unless the Commission otherwise orders or Regulation otherwise provide, be advertised not less than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing.(2)Except as otherwise provided, such advertisements shall give a heading describing the subject matter in brief.(3)Advertisement to be published shall be approved by the Officer of the Commission designated for the purpose.
