Section 3(1) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(1)The Veterinary Council of India shall appoint not less than three inspectors to inspect Veterinary Collage, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is given or to attend any veterinary examination held by any University, Board or other veterinary institution.
