3. Inspection of Veterinary Colleges, hospitals and institutions and examination held by a University, Board or other veterinary institution.
(1)The Veterinary Council of India shall appoint not less than three inspectors to inspect Veterinary Collage, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is given or to attend any veterinary examination held by any University, Board or other veterinary institution.(2)It shall be the duty of the Secretary to ascertain periodically from the University, Board or other veterinary, institution conducting veterinary examination, the date and place of every such examination which may be inspected by the Veterinary Council of India.
