17. Exit Options.
(1)MGO shall be allowed to exit the Micro-Grid area upon obtaining requisite clearance from the State Nodal Agency.(2)The Exit options will be governed by the Agreement(s) applicable to the MGO and Distribution Licensee.(3)In areas where Micro-Grid pre-exists, MGO shall mutually decide with Distribution Licensee for transfer of ownership of PDN on advent of grid.Part - G Roles And Responsibilities Of Stakeholders
