Section 36(36)(viii) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

(viii)The Consumers availing Open Access through an interphase directly connected to the Intra-state transmission system without involving the Distribution Licensee's network shall be liable to pay the same surcharge as applicable under this Regulation.
