Section 1 in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Collisions at Sea) Regulations, 1975
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Collisions at Sea) Regulations, 1975.(2)They shall come into force on the date on which Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972, done at London on the 20th day of October, 1972, enters into force.
