Section 2(1)(q) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Post Graduate Engineering Including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses (through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2007

(q)"Single Window System" means a system by which available seats 1 in all the institutions are offered through Common Centralised counselling or Decentralised Online counselling to qualified candidates in order of merit in the Common Entrance Test.
