Section 16(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)The Dean of the faculty shall be whole time salaried officer and shall be appointed for a period of three years by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the selection committee as prescribed by the Statutes. The Dean shall be eligible for reappointment for a further period of three years :Provided that, no member of the Executive Council, other than the Vice-Chancellor shall be a member of such a committee.
