No dealer shall-(a)withhold from sale any exercise book held in stock by him;(b)hold in stock for sale at, or charge for any exercise book, a price which exceeds its scheduled price and is inclusive of sales-tax;(c)depict or indicate in any manner or any exercise book a price in excess of its scheduled price which is inclusive of sales-tax;(d)sell or stock for sale any exercise book, fabricated of concessional rate, cultural variety of white printing paper, or any type other than that mentioned in the schedule.
