(1)The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(i)the Court;

(ii)the Executive Council;

(iii)the Skill Council;

(iv)the Finance Committee;

(v)the Faculties;

(vi)the Planning Board; and

(vii)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
