Section 15 in Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016
15. Authorities of University.
(1)The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Court;(ii)the Executive Council;(iii)the Skill Council;(iv)the Finance Committee;(v)the Faculties;(vi)the Planning Board; and(vii)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.(2)The constitution, functions, and powers of the authorities shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
