Section 93(iv) in The Punjab Capital (Development and Regulation) Building Rules, 1952
(iv)Drain to be laid on concrete. - Every such drain, laid on or in the ground and if constructed of material other than cast iron, shall be laid on a bed of concrete at least 7.5 cms. thick.]
