Section 12(1) in The Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University Act, 2008
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments (the scale not to exceed the scale of a Professor) and other conditions of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed.
