Section 3(iv) in The Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Graduates/post Graduates Belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes in Rajasthan, 1971
(iv)Is a son/daughter of an employee of the Central Government/Reserve Bank of India and other nationalised Banks. Life Insurance Corporation, who is either permanent or has put in three years continuous service provided his/her parents or Guardians have been posted in the State of Rajasthan for 12 months preceding the 1st April of the year of application.
