Section 4(1) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)Every application for renewal of a licence under Section 4 shall be made in Form I. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely :(a)the licence sought to be renewed;(b)the treasury receipt showing that the appropriate fee for renewal of the licence specified in Rule 8 has been paid.
