Section 20(2) in Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961

(2)Examination for granting certificates of competency as a Boiler Attendant shall be of two classes, one for the award of first class certificate of competency as a Boiler Attendant and the other for two award of second class certificate of competency as a Boiler Attendant .
