1. We need a status update about the proceedings before the US ARUN District Court in North Carolina. The Petitioner is not a party to RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL those proceedings. This Court needs to know whether those Digitally signed by ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Date: 2023.04.13 10:08:00 +0530 proceedings are still pending or have been disposed. If they are still pending, we need to know if the information sought from the Petitioner is still required, and, if so, within what time. We also need to know whether the time/date/deadline for the Letter of Request has been extended and if so by what order.

2. It has been submitted before us that the volume of an information required to the Petitioner is considerable. It will take the Petitioner several weeks yet to put that information together and to present it before a commissioner will take longer still.

3. Counsel for the 3rd Respondent states that he will take instructions.

4. List the matter on supplementary board on 19th April 2023.

5. In the meantime, the Petitioner is not required to take further steps pursuant to the Letter of Request dated 4th February 2021. That letter of Request required information by 1st March 2021. We are two years down the road from that date.
