(1)The University shall strive to declare the results of examinations conducted by it within a period of forty-five days from the last date of the examination of particular course and shall in any case, not later than sixty days from the said date.(2)No examination or the result of an examination shall be held invalid only for the reason that the University has not followed the Schedule of Examinations.
