(2)A District Vigilance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :-(i)the Civil Surgeon of a District, ex offico Chairman;(ii)the District Family Welfare Officer;(iii)the District Health Officer;(iv)any Officer not below the rank of a Tehsildar having the powers of an Executive Magistrate nominated by the Collector of the district;(v)a gynaecologist;(vi)a medical geneticist;(vii)a representative of any other voluntary organisation,
