(1)Distribution of Seats. - (i) Seventy-five percent, seats of the total sanctioned seats shall be filled by the admission Committee as Government Scats as prescribed in clause (3) of para A of Rule 4-(ii)Twenty-five percent seats of the total sanctioned seats shall be filled by the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State) and have appeared at the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) of the relevant admission year, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New. Delhi.
