31. Activities by the Bihar State Mining Corporation.
(1)The State Government may entrust all or any of the mining activity or trade to Bihar State Mining Corporation. The Corporation may undertake, in particular, mining activity, wholesale trading, retail trading, storage, and transportation etc. of sand.(2)The Corporation may enter into an arrangement with any Government or semi Government or private undertaking for the said purpose.
