Section 40(1) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
(1)Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by statutes and regulations or prescribed if any by rules which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
