40. Conditions of Service of Employees.
(1)Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by statutes and regulations or prescribed if any by rules which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.(2)Disciplinary action against the employees shall be governed by the procedure specified in the Statutes.(3)Any dispute arising out of the contract between the University and an employee shall, be resolved in the manner provided for in the written contract and in accordance with the Statues.
