Section 6(ii) in Rules for the Departmental Examination of the Assistant Controllers of Accounts and Deputy Controllers of Accounts Finance (Audit) Department, 1963
(ii)An officer appointed as Deputy Controller of Accounts or as Assistant Controller of Accounts on or after the aforesaid date will be entitled to draw his first increment any year after the date of his appointment to the post or on the date of passing the Departmental Examination in the subjects and by the standard specified below, whichever be later.
