Section 72(5) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(5)No payment for purchases made by sample, description or specification shall be made unless the commodities or products are verified with the sample, description or specification and a decision is taken in the manner specified in sub-rule (4) aforesaid.
