47. Annual statement of loans and advances.
(1)The officer in charge of accounts of the Board shall submit to the Board an annual statement showing the details of the outstanding loans borne on his books under the Head "Loans and Advances by the Board". The statement shall be submitted in Form `G'.(2)The officer in charge of the accounts of the Board shall also submit to the Board an annual statement showing the details of the outstanding loans received by the Board under the head "Loans and Advances received by the Board". The statement shall be submitted in Form `H'.
